Job Summary:

This role offers a distinctive chance to engage a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager who will report directly to the Finance Controller. The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for leading the finance department, delivering strategic guidance, and implementing operational oversight. Additionally, the incumbent will oversee a team of accountants, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Oversee the entire spectrum of accounting functions for the Group company, encompassing Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL) management, and legal accounting. Additionally, administer Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and ensure accurate Revenue Recognition processes are implemented and maintained.

Prepare and release accurate monthly financial statements in a timely manner.

Prepare regulatory reporting documentation in a coordinated manner.

Investigate and resolve complex technical accounting matters to ensure adherence with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Facilitate the completion of month-end and year-end closing procedures.

Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and reporting maintaining stringent quality standards.

Mitigate tax risks and develop strategic tax plans to ensure compliance and optimize tax outcomes.

Oversee adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal government reporting mandates and tax filing obligations.

Craft comprehensive business processes and accounting policies to enhance and sustain robust internal controls, ensuring meticulous documentation throughout.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in [specific field/industry], supported by relevant educational credentials and hands-on experience. Holds an advanced degree in accounting from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles and practices.
