About the Role

The Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements from initial planning to final execution, guaranteeing high-caliber outcomes, adherence to auditing standards, and strong leadership of audit teams. Additionally, you will be instrumental in cultivating client relationships and driving enhancements in audit quality and operational efficiency.

Oversee and execute essential duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, while driving efficiency and fostering innovation across all assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and performance. Provide leadership in project management, maintaining clear communication, adhering to deadlines, and delivering high-quality results within designated timeframes. Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and refine approaches to meet evolving business needs, all while upholding professional standards and compliance requirements.

Oversee audit engagements in their entirety, from initial planning through to final completion.

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of critical audit risks and implement suitable audit procedures to address them.

Examine audit working papers, financial statements, and accompanying documentation to verify accuracy and compliance with established standards and procedures.

Supervise, guide, and cultivate the professional growth of junior audit team members, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.

Oversee project schedules and guarantee the punctual finalization of audit documentation to meet established deadlines.

Collaborate effectively with clients, finance teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all parties.

Prepare management letters, audit findings, and completion reports, ensuring thorough review and accuracy before submission.

Guarantee adherence to all relevant auditing, accounting, and regulatory requirements to maintain full compliance with established standards.

Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a comparable role, coupled with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. A minimum of five years of audit experience gained at an audit or professional services firm is required.
