Oversee financial documentation by systematically tracking and verifying expenditures, balances, and incoming payments to ensure accuracy in daily transaction records.
Data management responsibilities include selecting, verifying, and inputting data from various sources while maintaining strict standards for completeness and accuracy.
Prepare recurring and special reports to support audits, budget reviews, and other operational requirements as needed.
Provide support for the closure of accounts and contribute to the preparation of year-end financial statements.
The position involves offering expert counsel to employees and contractors regarding allowances, reimbursements, and various financial concerns.
Initiate correspondence to validate information and address discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in all communications.
The Bank Liaison is responsible for cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with local banking institutions, tracking exchange rate fluctuations, and conducting thorough reconciliation processes.
Provide cost estimates and assist with budget analysis and project-related financial assessments.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related role. Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with a keen attention to detail. The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines is essential. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is a plus.
A secondary education credential is mandatory for this role.
A minimum of six years of practical experience in finance and accounting is essential for consideration.
Requires expertise in developing and overseeing project plans, objectives, and deliverables, along with monitoring resources such as time, budget, and team contributions while proactively identifying potential risks.
