Job Summary
Pearl Hospital, a Level 4 multi-specialty facility located in Lavinia County, is currently seeking a Customer Care Executive. This role requires delivering exceptional frontline service to patients, visitors, and clients by addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests with courtesy, professionalism, and compassion, fully aligned with the hospital’s standards and core values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead key initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing projects efficiently, and driving results through strategic planning. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment that promotes productivity and professional growth. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with industry standards. Ensure patients are fully informed about hospital procedures, available services, and estimated waiting times.
Handle all incoming communications, including calls, emails, and in-person visits, with a high degree of efficiency and professionalism.
Gather patient input and participate in efforts aimed at enhancing service quality.
Serve as an intermediary between patients and various hospital departments, facilitating seamless communication and service delivery to meet their needs effectively.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and platforms is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging trends and technologies in the field.
Individuals are required to hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in fields such as Customer Service Communication, Public Relations, or other closely related disciplines.
Proficiency in customer care or front office operations within a hospital or healthcare environment would be considered a valuable asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hospital information systems.
