The primary objective of this position is to oversee and execute key responsibilities essential to the organization’s success. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of performing a variety of tasks with precision and efficiency. Key duties include managing projects, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in a similar capacity. Additionally, proficiency in relevant software tools and a minimum of three years of relevant experience are mandatory for consideration.

You will cultivate new sales by leveraging existing and prospective customer networks, oversee assigned accounts, and consistently address client needs and inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction. Demonstrating strong communication and negotiation abilities along with a customer-centric mindset is essential. Your role will focus on nurturing and expanding long-term client relationships to drive sustainable business growth.

The incumbent will be responsible for executing a range of duties, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Key tasks involve managing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining precise records to support decision-making processes. Additionally, the role requires identifying process improvements, troubleshooting operational challenges, and providing timely reports to senior leadership. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, along with effective communication and organizational capabilities, will be critical for success in this position.

Formulate and implement sales strategies focused on reaching Government Ministries, Agencies, and County Governments.

To cultivate and expand the organization’s public sector presence, the role involves proactively seeking, evaluating, and securing new business opportunities within government agencies and related entities.

Develop and nurture robust connections with essential decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration across critical initiatives.

Spearhead all tendering, proposal development, and contract negotiation initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.

Deliver sustainable revenue expansion by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while advancing broader organizational goals.

Partner with diverse teams spanning multiple functions to develop customized client solutions and maintain outstanding service standards.

Assigned by the General Manager, other duties may be required as necessary to support operational objectives.

Minimum Qualification: Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates should have at least five years of progressive experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in key responsibilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, software, or methodologies is required, and prior leadership or project management experience is highly desirable.

Holders of a Bachelor’s Degree are required for this position, with relevant educational background in the specified field being essential. Candidates must meet all outlined qualifications and possess the necessary academic credentials to perform the duties associated with the role effectively.
