We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth initiatives and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating profitable partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research to assess industry trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with market demands. Requirements encompass a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a business development capacity, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition tactics.

Oversee and implement strategic initiatives for designated market segments and key accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and performance targets.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and must be adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and compliance standards is highly desirable.

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• At least five years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience is required for candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree, or a minimum of 8 years for those with an Advanced Degree (including Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD). Alternatively, applicants with a PhD must demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, along with 3–5 years of professional experience in software development or data analysis. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or SQL is essential, as is experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions. Familiarity with DevOps practices, machine learning frameworks, or big data technologies is a plus. Additionally, relevant certifications or advanced degrees may be advantageous.

A minimum of ten years of professional experience is required, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree—or alternatively, five years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree, such as a Master’s, MBA, JD, or MD.

Proficiency in both written and spoken Portuguese is essential for this position.

A minimum of six years of professional experience within the banking, financial services, payments, mobile network, or fintech industries is required.

Proficient knowledge of card payment systems is a fundamental requirement.

A tertiary qualification in business or marketing is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.

Able to effectively collaborate with, present to, and engage senior-level international bankers.

Proven expertise in Visa and alternative payment systems, including an in-depth understanding of card products and the operational dynamics of payment systems across pertinent markets.

Commercially oriented with strong interpersonal credibility, they influence stakeholders effectively while demonstrating sensitivity to multicultural contexts.

Proficient in overseeing diverse indirect reporting structures across all levels of Visa and member organizations.

Experienced in guiding and inspiring individuals to advance toward and accomplish both organizational and customer goals.
