Oversee risk management processes while maintaining the integrity and precision of customer documentation and supporting daily branch operations.
Provide assistance to Branch Management in executing daily branch operations in accordance with established Bank Policies and Procedures.
Support organizational efficiency by delivering insightful reports, maintaining a keen awareness of market trends, collaborating effectively within cross-functional marketing teams, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
Performing any supplementary assignments designated by management as necessary.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Required:
Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in project management or a similar role is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a closely related field.
With a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a sales capacity within a financial institution, the ideal candidate will bring proven expertise to the role.
Proficiency in banking laws, regulations, and operational procedures is essential for this role. A comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks governing financial institutions, as well as hands-on experience with banking operations, is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ensuring compliance with applicable statutes while efficiently managing day-to-day banking functions.
