Seeking candidates with a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs, internal audit, internal controls, or a related governance function.
Professional experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Experience applying risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing. Proficient in anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health and safety standards, and financial controls.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications is required, along with a solid foundation in reporting tools and introductory data analysis.
