Responsible for compiling financial data and generating reports, along with addressing queries to uphold compliance and ensure precision in financial documentation.
Serve as the Local Finance Focal Point, responsible for validating invoices, ensuring accurate calculations, and submitting documentation to the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC).
Maintain accurate financial records by tracking and verifying expenditures, balances, and payments to ensure the integrity of day-to-day transactions.
Responsibilities include sourcing, validating, and inputting data from a variety of origins while maintaining strict standards for completeness and precision.
Prepare recurring and special reports to fulfill scheduled requirements as well as ad-hoc requests for audits, budgets, and other operational needs.
Support the account closure process and aid in the compilation of year-end financial statements.
The role entails offering expert counsel to staff and consultants regarding allowances, claims, and financial-related concerns.
Initiate and manage correspondence to validate data accuracy and address any discrepancies.
Maintain strong relationships with local banking institutions, oversee exchange rate fluctuations, and ensure accurate reconciliation of financial records.
Budget Support: Develop comprehensive cost estimates and actively participate in budget analysis and project evaluations to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Secondary education completion is a mandatory requirement for this role.
A minimum of six years of professional experience within finance and accounting is necessary for consideration.

Demonstrates strong analytical skills to interpret data, pinpoint challenges, and deliver practical insights to inform strategic decisions.
