We are in search of a proactive and outcome-focused Sales Consultant to integrate into our high-energy performance-driven team. This position entails fostering relationships with prospective B2B clients, analyzing their requirements, and delivering customized solutions to enhance sales performance and exceed customer expectations.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of critical duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a cohesive work environment, driving innovation and continuous improvement. Manage projects from inception to completion, adhering to deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Conduct thorough analyses, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments and stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to mitigate risks and uphold accountability. Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence.

To achieve this objective, initiate contact with a minimum of 80 qualified B2B leads each week.

Consistently reach out to leads through phone calls and electronic correspondence to accurately assess project requirements, establish timelines, and identify customer needs.

Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.

Consistently follow up on quotations to secure closure and promptly address any client concerns.

Facilitate and engage in scheduled conference calls to resolve technical inquiries from clients.

Ensure meticulous tracking of sales transactions and consistently meet or exceed the established daily and weekly key performance indicators.

Employ exceptional negotiation abilities to finalize agreements and cultivate enduring partnerships with clients.

Professionally engage with industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to uncover and cultivate fresh business prospects.

Perform ongoing market research to maintain awareness of emerging industry trends and competitive developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Proven experience in full-stack development, encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies, is essential. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL is mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying technical concepts. Prior experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and familiarity with DevOps practices are highly desirable.

A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a closely related discipline is required.

With a minimum of two to three years of successful sales track record, ideally within the high-value sector—particularly in fiber optic solutions—the ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise to the role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with a proven talent for effectively persuading others.

Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of thriving in high-pressure environments.

Demonstrates a track record of success in sales performance and maintaining strong client relationships.

Possesses a solid understanding of fiber optic products and their applications, including familiarity with various types, specifications, and installation methodologies.

Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capacity for conflict resolution and adept problem-solving.
