Ensure strict adherence to all relevant government and insurance regulatory laws, rules, and regulations, as well as established company policies.
Ensure that Agents adhere strictly to the applicable laws and regulations in all services and business dealings with Liberty Life.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar technical role. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms like VMware is highly preferred. Certification in Compton A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact effectively with end-users and IT teams. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is critical.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) along with an additional insurance-related qualification, such as LOMA or ACID, or a Diploma in Insurance. Additionally, a valid IRA License for the current year is required.
An academic diploma or diploma in insurance is required, along with a minimum of three years of progressive experience in managing a sales team within the insurance sector.
With a minimum of five years of successful sales experience within a financial institution or insurance sector, candidates are expected to demonstrate a strong track record of achievement.
