To uphold compliance with the hotel’s established policies and procedures, this role involves overseeing every phase of key distribution, while promptly escalating any deviations to the direct supervisor for resolution.
To ensure the meticulous documentation and precise maintenance of all control center records, encompassing General Security Logs, Key Control logs, Lost and Found entries, and Visitor Pass documentation.
To ensure the ongoing maintenance and servicing of all equipment under the department’s purview, following the guidelines outlined in the respective equipment manuals.
The position involves overseeing the upkeep of all hotel vehicles to ensure they remain in optimal condition. Additionally, the role requires managing vehicle logbooks, distributing car keys, documenting any damages, and tracking daily mileage.
To monitor and remain informed about upcoming scheduled functions, group or VIP arrivals, and special events.
To accommodate the dynamic nature of case security needs, the role requires adaptability to work varied schedules, including day and night shifts, ensuring seamless management of sensitive cases requiring enhanced protocols.
Always project a positive and motivated demeanor while maintaining professional composure and self-discipline in all situations.
To complete any appropriate assignments and additional responsibilities as directed by immediate supervisors.
To escalate unresolved guest complaints or issues to supervisors and ensure proper follow-up with guests.
In alignment with evolving operational needs within the Security Department, the incumbent is responsible for adapting to any modifications or shifts in responsibilities as determined by hotel management.
Monitor the surroundings vigilantly to detect potential activities that could impact hotel operations, including seasonal events, local crime trends, political activism, and other factors, and promptly escalate any identified concerns to management.
To manage all responsibilities with diplomacy, tact, discretion, and efficiency as needed.
To ensure the integrity of crime scenes and areas affected by natural disasters, entry must be restricted until authorized personnel arrive to secure and process the location. This temporary measure is implemented to safeguard potential evidence and maintain the scene’s condition for subsequent forensic or investigative activities.
To assist, in the absence of direct superiors, the intervention of all guest room safes and to maintain a logbook where all occurrences are recorded.
To be fully involved in the fire safety protection program.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Security Manger and Supervisor.
