What you’ll do
Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms (forms), and business processes to enhance operational efficiency and automation.
Automate processes including task assignments, workflow routing, and approval workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of automated systems to streamline repetitive processes and reduce manual intervention. Implement configurations that support scalable automation solutions, enabling faster decision-making and improved workflow consistency across departments.
Proficiently develop and deploy integrated solutions by leveraging SQL for database operations, APIs for seamless data exchange, and custom scripts to automate and streamline processes.
Configure metadata settings, enforce document security protocols, and establish structured frameworks for documents.
Diagnose technical challenges and enhance current solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.
What you need
Possesses a minimum of two years of hands-on experience implementing workflows or electronic forms solutions, with proficiency in platforms such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, Adobe, or comparable systems.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including proficiency in Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console.
Proficiency in SQL and the ability to perform rigorous data validation are essential prerequisites for this role. Experience in querying relational databases using SQL is required, along with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies in datasets to ensure data integrity.
Exceptional ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions efficiently.
Proficient fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, with a strong emphasis on advanced communication skills.
Nice to have
Proficiency in C, JavaScript, or SDK development is required. Familiarity with at least one of these programming languages or software development kits is essential for this role.
