Job Description

We are in search of a meticulous and client-centered Sales Administrator to facilitate daily sales activities, cultivate strong client connections, and streamline communication among customers, sales teams, and leadership. The preferred applicant must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal abilities, precision, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic retail setting.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of responsibilities encompassing the core operational, strategic, and administrative functions of the role. This includes managing day-to-day activities with precision, driving project outcomes in alignment with organizational goals, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, the position requires fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize team performance, identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency, and maintaining accurate documentation of all activities. Strong analytical skills are essential to assess performance metrics, mitigate risks, and implement data-driven solutions that support sustainable growth and innovation.

Oversee the ongoing maintenance and updating of customer databases and sales records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with the sales department to monitor order statuses, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.

Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person communication channels.

Compile and present weekly and monthly sales reports for managerial evaluation.

Provide support in overseeing inventory management and facilitating timely stock replenishment to maintain optimal supply levels.

Provide assistance with marketing and promotional initiatives as needed.

Maintain accurate and systematic filing and organization of all administrative documents.

Address customer grievances with professionalism and resolve inquiries efficiently, ensuring issues are escalated to the appropriate channels when necessary.

Preserve the confidentiality of all proprietary company data and sensitive customer information at all times.

Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development or a comparable role. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Django is highly desirable. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing to system architecture decisions.

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a comparable discipline is required.

With a minimum of three years of prior sales experience in the realm of branded promotional products, candidates will be viewed more favorably.

Demonstrates advanced expertise in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with a high level of proficiency.
