For the initial 12 months, participants will engage in an intensive training program designed to build foundational skills. During this phase, structured learning modules will be delivered to ensure comprehensive skill development. Phase 2: The Objective — Securing Your Long-Term Position

As an integral member of our sales team, the Sales Consultant Track will engage in strategic client interactions, fostering long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth through consultative selling techniques. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Consultant at Destination, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s market reach by uncovering, cultivating, and securing new business prospects from both current and prospective clients.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including but not limited to strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship and professional development initiatives. Manage key client relationships, resolve escalated issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to align projects with company vision, mitigate risks, and optimize resource utilization. Stay abreast of emerging trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, prepare detailed reports, presentations, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and executive oversight.

Monday through Friday, the position requires availability from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours scheduled from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; employees will alternate weekends off.

You’ll enjoy 23 days of paid annual leave, in addition to paternity, maternity, sick, and compassionate leave entitlements, with this increasing to 30 days following five years of service.
