The Sales Consultant Track presents a dynamic opportunity for individuals eager to advance their career in sales through a structured development program. This role requires candidates to demonstrate a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet aggressive revenue targets. Responsibilities include cultivating client relationships, identifying new business prospects, and delivering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. Pension & Life Assurance: A permanent position following confirmation of employment.

Effective immediately upon commencement of employment, participation in the FIBA Coverage program is applicable.

The schedule consists of Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with Saturday hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and alternate Saturdays off.

You will receive 23 days of paid annual leave, along with paternity, maternity, sick, and compassionate leave; this entitlement rises to 30 days following five years of service.

A mobile phone, laptop, and all required resources will be provided to you.

Professional Development opportunities include structured training initiatives and complimentary online course access.

After a few months, a Sales Consultant may be eligible for advancement opportunities.
