Our Client is seeking an ambitious Sales Executive – Travel Services to drive growth across visa processing, flight ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel packages. Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for visa processing, flight ticketing, hotel reservations, travel packages, and other travel-related services.
Generate sales through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media, digital platforms, and other business development initiatives.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company’s travel services.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel solutions tailored to client needs.
Advise clients on available travel options, destinations, visa requirements, and travel packages.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Source and secure corporate travel accounts and strategic business partnerships.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
Promote company services through online and offline marketing activities.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, Business, or related field
Previous experience in travel sales, visa consultancy, hotel reservations, or ticketing is an added advantage
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Two to 3 years’ experience in sales in the Travel Industry
Ability to source clients independently and close deals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, aggressive, and target-oriented
Ability to work under minimal supervision
