Responsibilities

Develop and oversee an activity calendar to guarantee the seamless organization and scheduling of field engagements, training sessions, and community events.
Conducting training sessions and delivering on-ground pitches and educational presentations are key responsibilities of this role.
Deliver educational sessions that are both clear and engaging to arises, partners, groups, communities, and networks.
Deliver on-site presentations to showcase Ave news solutions to prospective clients and collaborators, fostering engagement and driving interest in our offerings.

Marketing Activations & Events

Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience in field activations, training initiatives, community engagement efforts, product demonstrations, or sales support, ideally within agriculture, fintech, or FMCG sectors.
Demonstrated excellence in delivering presentations and leading group discussions.
With a proven track record in executing on-site activations, events, or community outreach initiatives, you demonstrate expertise in overseeing logistics, directing teams, and overseeing concurrent field operations.
Adept at accommodating extensive travel requirements and fieldwork assignments is essential.
Proficient fluency in both English and Swahili is essential, with additional proficiency in local languages viewed favorably.
Comfortable working with diverse communities, this individual demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, unwavering reliability, and boundless energy.
