A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in Revenue Management, preferably within a resort or large-scale hospitality environment.
Demonstrated success in overseeing revenue generation from both guest room sales and event-based services, including banquets and conferences.
Proficiency in operating revenue management systems such as RMS, PMS, and channel managers is required.
