About Us
Infinite Talent Recruiters, a NEA-licensed recruitment agency headquartered in Nairobi, specializes in both local placements within Kenya’s hospitality, healthcare, construction, and logistics sectors, as well as international placements in the Gulf for Kenyan professionals. Additionally, the firm is developing three AI-driven talent solutions tailored for the African market: an AI-powered Applicant Tracking System, an AI Resume Builder, and a Visa-Sponsored Job Board. Operating as a lean, agile team, this role will play a pivotal part in driving the company’s expansion.
The Role
This role diverges significantly from conventional sales or marketing positions.
We seek an individual with a systems-oriented mindset who designs and implements automated pipelines requiring minimal supervision while assuming full accountability for revenue outcomes.
Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Initiate employer acquisition efforts by shifting business development from a reactive to a proactive approach, developing a CRM system from the ground up, and establishing the necessary operational frameworks to support both local and Gulf market activities.
Phase 3 (commencing at Month 3) involves advancing the commercialization strategy for our three AI-powered talent solutions: the AI Applicant Tracking System, the AI Resume Builder, and the Visa-Sponsored Job Board.
What You’ll Do
Drive the complete employer acquisition process, overseeing each phase from initial prospecting through to successful deal closure.
Develop and implement targeted outbound outreach campaigns aimed at engaging companies that are currently recruiting within Kenya.
We are tasked with pitching and securing retainer agreements from key clients within the hospitality, healthcare, and construction industries. This role requires effectively presenting our services and negotiating terms to finalize long-term contracts with these anchor clients.
Select, configure, and maintain the company’s CRM platform, including Zoho, HubSpot, or High-level, to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with organizational needs.
Craft and execute meticulously organized follow-up sequences for each prospect, ensuring consistent engagement and timely communication throughout the sales pipeline.
Construct and enhance the employer onboarding journey from start to finish, and cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with Gulf-based manpower agencies.
Compile weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards for presentation to the CEO.
Starting in the third month, this role will facilitate the early market introduction for all three AI talent products.
Your First 90 Days
During the first month, you will conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing pipeline, implement CRM configuration, develop a list of over 200 target employers, and initiate outreach efforts.
During the second month, you will finalize the complete outreach list, secure the first five employer clients, and research potential Gulf-based agency partners.
In the third month, you will achieve acquisition targets, deploy AI-driven product outreach initiatives, and present a six-month growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For
With a proven track record of at least three years in business development, sales operations, growth initiatives, or recruitment operations, the ideal candidate will have experience constructing or overseeing a CRM pipeline from inception.
Capable of taking ownership of a revenue target and delivering consistent accountability for performance against that target on a weekly basis.
A systems-oriented thinker, this individual meticulously documents processes, identifies gaps, and develops solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, with a proven ability to craft compelling cold emails that elicit responses.
A background encompassing recruitment, HR technology, SaaS, or BPO would be considered advantageous.
Based in Nairobi, this position requires a full-time, on-site commitment.
A strong fit does not include those who require a complete, out-of-the-box system, focus exclusively on inbound processes, or hesitate to engage with weekly performance evaluations grounded in data-driven insights.
Compensation for this role includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and potential performance-based bonuses. The position offers eligibility for healthcare coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off. Additionally, professional development opportunities and flexible work arrangements may be available. The total compensation package is designed to attract and retain top talent by providing financial rewards and work-life balance.
Responsible for overseeing the intricate components that comprise the system, ensuring each element functions optimally and in harmony with the broader architecture. This role involves meticulous inspection, testing, and validation of individual parts to confirm they meet stringent performance standards and adherence to specifications. Additionally, the position requires coordination with cross-functional teams to integrate components seamlessly, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement improvements as needed. A strong background in component design, quality assurance, and collaborative problem-solving is essential to execute these responsibilities effectively.
A monthly base salary ranging from KES 80,000 to KES 120,000 is offered for this position.
We are pleased to offer an Employer Acquisition Bonus of KES 5,000 for each successfully onboarded client, providing an additional incentive for your contributions to our growth.
A commission of 5% of placement fees earned from your pipeline is offered.
Gulf Partnership offers a signing bonus of KES 15,000 for each completed agency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
If the quarterly targets are surpassed, a performance bonus of KES 30,000 will be awarded.
Top performers who achieve all Month 3 targets may receive a monthly compensation ranging from KES 130,000 to KES 180,000.
A salary adjustment will be determined following a comprehensive evaluation conducted after 90 days, contingent upon individual performance outcomes.
