Role Description
This internship position is based in Kenya and focuses on providing hands-on experience as a Sales Intern. The intern will collaborate closely with the sales team, contributing to daily operations such as interacting with customers, identifying their requirements, and offering tailored product suggestions. Key duties involve supporting sales initiatives, mastering and implementing effective sales strategies, facilitating customer interactions to improve satisfaction, and attending training programs to build competencies in sales and customer service.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of five years of experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++. Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in designing scalable systems are essential. Previous experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies is a must. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are critical.

Professional Rewrite:
Experience or a strong inclination toward Sales and Sales Management methodologies is desirable.
