Position Overview

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring all farm operations adhere to applicable local regulations, corporate policies, and international certification standards such as GLOBAL. A.P, META, LEAF Marque, and Rainforest Alliance. This position collaborates extensively with the HR Department, Health & Safety Supervisor, and field and production teams to uphold compliance, sustain audit preparedness, and foster a culture rooted in safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities crucial to organizational success, including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional team leadership. Drive operational efficiency by implementing best practices in process optimization, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with company-wide objectives, ensuring cohesive execution across all initiatives.
