A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BCN) or a Diploma in Kenya Registered Community Health Nursing (KRCHN), obtained from an accredited academic institution, is required.
Qualified and currently holding a valid license issued by the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
Hold active certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
A minimum of twelve months of hands-on clinical experience through an internship is required.
Demonstrates strong computer skills, with particular expertise in Health Management Information Systems (HIS).
Proficient communication abilities and strong interpersonal competencies are essential for this role.
