Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Finance & Leasing, this position serves as a critical driver of business expansion within the Asset Finance Unit. Key duties include overseeing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables meet established standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates is also essential, as is reporting on key metrics to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Proactively cultivate relationships with asset dealers—including vehicles and equipment—by conducting regular on-site visits to foster high-quality business leads aligned with Asset Finance growth objectives.

Develop and sustain a robust and dynamic deal pipeline by focusing on medium and large SMEs, PSV Sacco, and fleet operators, particularly those with existing asset financing requirements.

Develop, negotiate, and oversee collaborative marketing and promotional strategies with asset dealers to enhance business volumes while ensuring seamless implementation across all branches and relevant teams.

Leverage customer insights to uncover and pursue cross-selling opportunities across a spectrum of banking products—including current and savings accounts (CASA), insurance, investments, and trade services—with the goal of enhancing client engagement and strengthening long-term relationships.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and departments to gain comprehensive insights into customer requirements, subsequently designing and delivering customized asset finance solutions. Additionally, contribute to expanding the customer base through strategic support and proactive engagement.

Coordinate training initiatives for product offerings and engage in field marketing efforts collaboratively with vendors, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
