Our client, a premier supplier of ICT, ELF (Extra Low Voltage), and integrated technology solutions throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking an accomplished and performance-focused Senior Sales Associate to join their team.

The ideal candidate will spearhead sales expansion, cultivate high-value client partnerships, uncover fresh business prospects, and extend the company’s market presence across regional territories. This position demands an astute commercial expert with a demonstrated track record in the sale of ICT equipment, technology solutions, networking infrastructure, security systems, data center solutions, or comparable products and services.

The successful applicant should exhibit extensive regional market experience extending beyond Kenya, coupled with a proven ability to meet sales objectives, oversee strategic accounts, and finalize high-value business-to-business transactions.

Oversee a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to [list responsibilities]. Drive sales of ICT equipment, ELF systems, and advanced technology solutions to corporate, government, educational, NGO, and commercial clients.

Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives designed to meet and exceed revenue growth objectives.

Oversee the full spectrum of the sales cycle, encompassing prospecting, closing, and ongoing account management.

Draft proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender submissions to meet client requirements and organizational standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Analyze clients’ business requirements to develop and recommend suitable technological solutions.

Perform scheduled client engagements, deliver engaging presentations, and showcase product features through demonstrations on a consistent basis.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences to foster loyalty and long-term retention.

Explore and cultivate business prospects within the diverse markets of East Africa and other Sub-Saharan African regions to drive growth and expansion opportunities.

Conduct ongoing analysis of industry developments, track competitor strategies, and evaluate emerging technologies to maintain awareness of market dynamics and technological advancements.

Explore and evaluate emerging market segments as well as potential avenues for expansion to drive business growth.

Develop accurate sales forecasts, generate comprehensive pipeline reports, and provide timely business development updates.

Deliver actionable market intelligence and strategic insights to senior leadership to inform critical decision-making processes.

Collaborate in the formulation and execution of sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Candidates must meet the following essential qualifications to be considered for this position. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. Additionally, a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry is required.
