Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines is critical. Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of five years in sales management, ideally with regional leadership responsibilities, is required.

Exceptional abilities in leadership, negotiation, and relationship management are essential.

Demonstrated expertise in accelerating revenue growth and optimizing sales performance outcomes.

Requires strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce Automation systems, including adept utilization of word processing, spreadsheet management, and customer relationship management tools.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and clear, concise communication.

Capable of operating autonomously while overseeing large-scale field operations with minimal supervision.
