This dynamic leadership position seeks a seasoned sales executive who has consistently driven revenue expansion, cultivated top-tier teams, and forged influential alliances throughout the healthcare sector.

Oversee and execute core duties that drive organizational success, including managing daily operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets, optimize workflows, and foster a collaborative work environment. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with long-term business objectives while maintaining budgetary and resource constraints. Handle critical decision-making processes, resolve escalated issues, and provide leadership in times of change or uncertainty.

Formulate and implement targeted regional sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue generation and improving profitability.

Explore and establish new business prospects spanning both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) markets.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, healthcare practitioners, corporate entities, and other essential stakeholders to foster collaborative growth and mutual success.

Direct, develop, and inspire a regional sales team to consistently meet and exceed predefined targets.

Execute strategic initiatives focused on acquiring new customers, fostering long-term retention, and expanding existing account value.

Analyze market trends, track competitor actions, and identify emerging opportunities to facilitate business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is strongly preferred for consideration in this role.

An MBA would be considered a beneficial qualification.

With a minimum of seven years of experience in sales management, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and strategic oversight in driving revenue growth and team performance.

Achieved consistent overperformance against established business targets, delivering results that surpassed expectations and drove revenue growth.

Accomplished in guiding teams and fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders are essential.

Experience in the healthcare diagnostics, pharmaceutical, laboratory services, medical devices, or other related industries is strongly preferred.
