SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping – Identify and recruit Agents strategically, focusing on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores.
Regularly conduct visits to SOS and agents, adhering strictly to established route plans (beat plans), to ensure consistent call rates and effective territory coverage.
We are responsible for equipping SOS and Trash Agents with all necessary transaction tools and conducting comprehensive training sessions to ensure seamless process adherence at both SSO and agent outlets.
Conduct anti-money laundering (AML) training initiatives and conduct evaluations to ensure agents are proficient in AML protocols and compliance with relevant SOS, with a specific focus on Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as they pertain to SIM REG regulations.
Float and manage stock coverage and sales, diligently monitoring and enforcing the 1.5x stock rule for agents while ensuring sales support officers (SOS) maintain sufficient stock of SIM cards for new registrations and activations.
We are responsible for developing and maintaining merchandising standards, ensuring that merchandising materials are consistently available at SOS and Agent outlets.
