JOB SUMMARY
The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a key strategic enabler of organizational expansion, responsible for discovering new recruitment and placement service opportunities, fostering lasting client partnerships, and ensuring commercial initiatives align seamlessly with the company’s overarching vision.

Drive the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to deal closure, encompassing strategic pitching, skillful negotiation, and finalizing agreements.

Craft and deliver compelling business proposals, RFPs, and presentations tailored for senior leadership and key client decision-makers.

Construct and sustain a comprehensive sales pipeline designed to monitor advancements and evaluate performance indicators.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a combination of educational credentials, specialized skills, and relevant professional experience. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities, enabling the capacity to shape decisions across all organizational levels.
Demonstrated success in formulating and implementing effective sales and business development strategies is essential. Candidates must possess a track record of achieving measurable outcomes through strategic planning and execution.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong interpersonal connections with key decision-makers, senior leadership, and influential figures within the industry.
A strong grasp of business operations, sales processes, and consultative selling methodologies is required.
