Oversee and execute a range of duties and obligations as part of your role, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Offer specialized technical assistance to MA program personnel in designated thematic domains—namely Alternative Care, Family Strengthening, and community empowerment—while ensuring strict adherence to organizational benchmarks and directives.

Assist in facilitating training sessions and workshops designed to enhance the competencies of MA program staff in relation to program quality standards and pertinent thematic subjects.

Support the execution and oversight of organizational and international quality standards across management areas, ensuring any gaps or risks are identified and reported to the supervisor without delay.

You will offer specialized technical guidance to MA program teams throughout project design and planning phases, encompassing the formulation of humanitarian and development proposals, while simultaneously conducting quality assurance reviews in collaboration with the Supervisor.

Support medical assistants (MA’s) in adapting federation quality requirements to local contexts while maintaining compliance with established standards.

Assist in documenting best practices, key learnings, and recommendations for program enhancements to foster organizational growth and elevate overall quality standards.

Assist in designing and executing MEAL tools and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the MA support department and its associated MA’s.

You will facilitate peer learning initiatives, coordinate exchange activities, and conduct learning sessions while documenting and sharing best practices.

Support the creation or modification of tools, guidance materials, and templates, and facilitate their deployment within Managing Agents (MA’s).

Offer assistance to MA program teams throughout program modifications, including the implementation of new methodologies or oversight of transitional phases, as directed.

Engage in external technical forums or networks as needed, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaborative learning without independently representing the organization.

Uphold safeguarding protocols rigorously and foster a secure environment for all stakeholders.

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate to fill this data researcher role. Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, along with proficiency in statistical software and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is the capacity to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights. Demonstrates a robust grasp of program cycle management and Results-Based Management (RBM), encompassing project design, implementation, and evaluation.

The role necessitates a minimum of five to eight years of hands-on professional experience in the relevant field.

Requires proven expertise in program quality, program development, or comparable technical support functions within development, humanitarian, or social service organizations.

Candidates must possess practical experience in delivering technical program support within one or more key thematic areas, including alternative care, family strengthening, child and youth development, or mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).
