Position Summary
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Quality Assurance Manager will spearhead all quality assurance operations, oversee quality control measures throughout the supply chain, and administer audits and compliance protocols. This role involves directing quality teams while guaranteeing strict adherence to both local and international food safety and export regulations, including Global. A.P., HACCP, BRC, phytosanitary standards, and customer-defined specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development, including proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable systems, with a focus on performance optimization and reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, Microbiology, or an equivalent discipline is required.
