Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Candidates holding a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from Kenya, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ARCA) accreditation, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, or an equivalent qualification will be viewed favorably.
Minimum qualifications include at least three years of professional experience in either internal or external auditing roles.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in data analysis and the preparation of insightful reports.
High ethical standards coupled with a meticulous approach to accuracy and precision are essential.
Skilled in fostering productive relationships with stakeholders through active listening, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving ensures alignment and mutual understanding of objectives.
