We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute strategic initiatives while driving innovative design solutions. Upon evaluating relevant data, develop targeted campaigns specifically designed to overcome both behavioral and institutional obstacles hindering technology adoption, integrating various components of the portfolio.

Collaborate with scientists and communication experts to jointly develop customized messaging strategies for diverse stakeholders, including farmers, youth, women, and policymakers.

Implementation entails establishing robust systems and processes, while trust building involves cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders through transparency and integrity. Engagement requires actively involving team members and clients in collaborative efforts to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and foster a culture of mutual accountability.

Coordinate field-level campaigns by integrating multiple media channels, including radio, social media, community theater, local influencers, and farmer groups.

Develop strategic alliances with regional media outlets, prominent local influencers, civil society organizations, and county-level government public relations teams.

Facilitate inclusive community dialogues aimed at examining and transforming social norms and beliefs that impact livestock management and climate-related practices.

Design and implement Monitoring & Evaluation frameworks to evaluate communication reach, behavioral outcomes, and the overall effectiveness of campaigns.

Collaborate with project teams to develop indicators and data collection instruments that effectively measure changes in behavior and attitudes.

Monitor and assess misinformation and disinformation campaigns targeting livestock and agricultural innovations to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.

Craft compelling, evidence-based narratives and rapid response communication materials to effectively counter misinformation.

Assist in facilitating media training initiatives, fostering collaborations with influencers, and promoting the dissemination of science-based livestock communication practices.
