WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Oral health remains a significantly undervalued component of healthcare in Kenya, which underscores the critical importance of this position.
Many individuals in the communities we support have never undergone a comprehensive dental examination, not due to a lack of concern, but because access to high-quality dental care has historically been unattainable.
We operate seven dental units integrated into our medical centers throughout Nairobi, with ongoing expansion plans. Currently, we seek Community Oral Health Officers (Cohos) who are not merely seeking employment but wish to contribute meaningfully to enhancing oral health accessibility.
You will be based in our dynamic and collaborative office environment, where you will contribute to innovative projects and engage with a talented team of professionals. Situated in a modern workspace designed to foster creativity and productivity, this role offers the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders while leveraging cutting-edge tools and resources. The position requires your physical presence at our headquarters, providing consistent access to mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and a structured support system to accelerate your professional growth. Additionally, you will benefit from a comprehensive onboarding process, ongoing training initiatives, and a clear career progression path tailored to your aspirations.
We are actively recruiting for four full-time COHO positions, with openings available in the following locations:
