The Provider Relations & Wellness Assistant will collaborate with the Provider Management team to facilitate contracting, compliance, onboarding, and relationship management initiatives. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of provider documentation, fostering clear and consistent communication, and ensuring adherence to service delivery standards throughout the provider network.

Key Duties: Lead strategic initiatives to drive organizational growth, oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, and develop policies that enhance operational efficiency. Maintain accountability for project timelines, budget adherence, and performance metrics while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and align business strategies with long-term objectives. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of corporate governance. Provide mentorship to team members, facilitate professional development, and cultivate a high-performance work environment.

Oversee the contracting process by liaising with providers and internal stakeholders, verifying that all necessary documentation is properly prepared and maintained.

Oversee the provider compliance process by collecting and updating KYC documents to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Draft, prepare, and oversee provider communications, including appointment letters, welcome messages, suspension notices, and termination correspondence.

Oversee and maintain the provider management group email account, with a focus on expediting the resolution of pending cases.

Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with small and medium-sized vendors, fostering positive interactions while promptly addressing and resolving any arising concerns.

In alignment with the designated responsibilities, this position involves executing the Provider Management strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational requirements.

Provider price negotiation involves meticulously reviewing all associated costs and engaging in strategic discussions with service providers to secure favorable terms, ensuring competitive pricing is maintained throughout the provider onboarding process, contract renewals, and other designated intervals as determined by the company.

Conducting thorough on-site evaluations of both prospective and established providers to verify the excellence of their service delivery while safeguarding against fraudulent activity.

Assigned duties may include additional responsibilities at the discretion of management as needed.
