The Provider Relations & Wellness Assistant will collaborate with the Provider Management team to facilitate contracting, compliance, onboarding, and relationship management initiatives. This position plays a pivotal role in verifying the completeness of provider documentation, fostering clear and consistent communication, and maintaining adherence to service delivery standards throughout the provider network.
Oversee and execute core duties including managing day-to-day operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation across departments. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and report findings to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and high performance. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Ensure seamless management of the contracting process by actively following up with providers and internal stakeholders to verify completion of all required documentation.
Oversee the provider compliance process, which encompasses gathering and maintaining KYC documentation.
Compose, distribute, and oversee provider communications, which include appointment letters, welcome messages, suspension notices, and termination notifications.
Monitor and oversee the provider management group’s shared email account, with a focus on promptly resolving and closing all pending cases.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with small and medium-sized suppliers, fostering productive interactions while proactively addressing and resolving any arising issues.
Development and execution of the Provider Management strategy, ensuring alignment with the designated role’s objectives and responsibilities, are essential to this position.
Provider price negotiation entails meticulously evaluating costs and engaging in strategic discussions with service providers to uphold competitive pricing. This process occurs during provider onboarding, contract renewals, and other designated company intervals.
Conducting thorough on-site evaluations for both new and established providers, the role involves assessing the quality of service delivery and identifying potential risks to mitigate fraud effectively.
Assigned tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management from time to time may also be part of the role.
Required skills and competencies include proficiency with multiple programming languages, extensive experience in project management, and exceptional analytical abilities to interpret complex data sets.
