YOUR JOB

You will oversee the systematic organization and accurate processing of both incoming and outgoing electronic documents, faxes, claims, and related materials. Key responsibilities involve ensuring seamless workflow management and meticulous handling of documentation to maintain efficiency and compliance.

Efficiently logging and recording claims into Intake and processing systems upon receipt is required.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough reviews of claims submissions to verify accuracy and completeness prior to payment processing.

Responsible for organizing and categorizing data within our Claims Smart Indexing System to ensure efficient file management.

The claims received are electronically transferred to multiple platforms and Bobs as required.

Responsible for managing incoming provider claims and inquiries, as well as GOP requests within the Salesforce platform, ensuring systematic organization and prioritization.

Responsibilities include processing and overseeing Intake provider claims while ensuring all departmental tasks are completed within the designated turnaround times. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines efficiently.

Overseeing the diverse channels utilized for claim submissions constitutes a key responsibility.

Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
