You will oversee the systematic organization and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing electronic documents, faxes, claims, and other related materials. Your responsibilities will encompass managing workflows with precision, ensuring that all documents are handled promptly and in accordance with established protocols.
You are responsible for accurately receiving and documenting claims in the Intake and processing systems.
Responsibilities include directly reviewing, verifying, and processing claims to determine eligibility for payment. This role involves thorough examination and validation of each claim to ensure accuracy and compliance before disbursement.
Responsibilities include organizing and categorizing data within the Claims Smart Indexing System to ensure efficient file management and accurate classification.
The electronic transfer of incoming claims is executed to multiple platforms and Bobs.
Responsible for managing and prioritizing incoming provider claims, handling queries, and addressing GOP requests within the Salesforce platform.
Responsible for accurately indexing and overseeing claims submitted by Intake providers, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated turnaround times. Duties also include performing various departmental responsibilities as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Overseeing the diverse channels utilized for claims submission, including but not limited to phone, email, online portals, and in-person interactions.
Assigned responsibilities may include additional duties as required.
