Execute alterations, repairs, and fittings for staff uniforms and guest garments to meet the stringent quality standards of a luxury hotel.

Ensure all hotel uniforms maintain their high quality, pristine appearance, and correct fit.

Perform routine assessments of uniforms to determine any necessary repairs or replacements.

Oversee sewing tasks, hemming, resizing, patching, and garment modifications with precision and efficiency.

Maintain all tailoring equipment and workspaces in a clean, orderly, and hazard-free environment to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry, and HR teams to manage uniform inventory and ensure compliance with established requirements.

Provide guests with minor garment alterations or urgent repairs as needed.

Ensure precise documentation of uniform distribution, modifications, and maintenance activities.

Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism while delivering outstanding customer service consistently.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is essential, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this position. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also required to collaborate effectively with teams and manage multiple priorities. Additionally, prior experience in project coordination or a similar capacity is strongly preferred.
