Job Purpose
To expertly prepare, blend, and serve beverages to guests with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy, maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee a range of critical tasks, including the management of daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to established protocols. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering continuous improvement within the team. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to align objectives, streamline communication, and drive cohesive project execution. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, address inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of accountability. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and safety standards to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity.
Prepare and present both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and individual guest requests, ensuring proper mixing, garnishing, and service.
Provide exceptional customer service by warmly engaging guests, demonstrating professionalism, and sharing product expertise; suggest beverages and promote premium offerings to enhance their experience.
Monitor stock levels vigilantly, initiate procurement requests for restocking, and maintain meticulous organization in the storage of spirits, mixers, and garnishes to ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and full compliance with all health regulations.
Accurately process payments while ensuring cash drawers are balanced and receipts are issued correctly.
Devise original, signature cocktails and help curate seasonal drink offerings to elevate the establishment’s beverage program.
Ensure strict compliance with all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and established company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. At least five years of professional experience in software development is necessary, with a strong emphasis on Java, Python, or C++. Proficiency in database management systems, particularly SQL and NoSQL, is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are mandatory. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology certification or diploma is required.
Seeking a candidate with a strong background in bartending or mixology, preferably within a resort, restaurant, or bar setting.
Proficient in crafting classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, as well as an in-depth understanding of wine varietals, beer styles, and distilled spirits.
Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, fostering strong interpersonal relationships to enhance productivity and teamwork.
Thrives in high-pressure scenarios and adapts seamlessly to fast-paced settings with efficiency and composure.
