Job Purpose

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, uphold quality standards, and drive organizational efficiency. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, foster team collaboration, and align activities with company objectives. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership to support informed decision-making. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve bottlenecks, and optimize resource allocation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to maintain operational integrity.
Prepare beverages by blending, garnishing, and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and guest specifications.
Engage guests in a welcoming, professional manner while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge to deliver exceptional service. Recommend beverages and strategically upsell premium selections to enhance their experience and drive sales.
Monitor stock levels vigilantly, initiate timely replenishment requests, and maintain optimal storage conditions for spirits, mixers, and garnishes to uphold inventory integrity and availability.
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards within the bar area, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols and full compliance with all health regulations.
Process and reconcile payments with precision, ensure cash drawers are balanced throughout transactions, and provide customers with accurate receipts.
Devise unique, signature cocktails and actively collaborate on the development of seasonal drink offerings.
Ensure strict compliance with all licensing regulations, responsible alcohol service protocols, and established company policies at all times.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is required, along with familiarity with frameworks like Spring, Django, or .NET. Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions are essential. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
A qualification such as a Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Mixology is required.
Experienced bartenders and mixologists with a track record in resorts, restaurants, or bars are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in crafting a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, ensuring exceptional service and beverage expertise.
