Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to strategic planning, project management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring. Ensure alignment with organizational goals through meticulous task delegation and adherence to established protocols. Deliver technical assistance to MA program personnel across designated thematic domains—namely Alternative Care, Family Strengthening, and community empowerment—while maintaining strict adherence to organizational benchmarks and directives.

Provide support in the execution of training sessions and workshops designed to enhance the capabilities of Monitoring and Assessment (MA) program personnel regarding program quality standards and pertinent thematic subjects.

Provide assistance in executing and overseeing organizational and international quality standards across member associations, ensuring any discrepancies or potential risks are identified and reported promptly to the Supervisor.

You will contribute technical expertise to MA program teams throughout project design and planning phases, assisting in the crafting of both humanitarian and development proposals and conducting quality assurance reviews in collaboration with the Supervisor.

Provide support to Medical Assistants in adapting federation quality standards to local contexts while maintaining strict compliance with established guidelines.

Assist in documenting best practices, key lessons, and recommendations for program improvement to foster organizational learning and drive ongoing quality enhancements.

Support the establishment and execution of MEAL tools and processes within the MA support department, as well as across all supported MA’s, ensuring alignment and integration where necessary.

Facilitate peer learning programs, collaborative exchanges, and educational sessions while documenting and sharing best practices to enhance organizational knowledge and development.

Support the creation or modification of tools, guidance materials, and templates, while also facilitating their deployment within managing authorities (MA’s).

Deliver assistance to MA program teams throughout program modifications, including the implementation of innovative strategies or oversight of transitional periods, as required.

Engage, as needed, in external technical forums or networks to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning, while refraining from acting as an independent representative.

Uphold safeguarding protocols and cultivate an environment conducive to safety to ensure the well-being of all individuals involved.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this position. A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is mandatory, and familiarity with industry-specific software will be advantageous.

A Master’s degree is essential, ideally in social sciences, Project Management, Psychology, Child Rights, Development Studies, or a closely related discipline.

Demonstrates a solid grasp of program cycle management and Results-Based Management (RBM), including expertise in project design, implementation, and evaluation.

Applicants must possess between five and eight years of applicable professional experience.

Applicants must possess a proven track record in program quality, program development, or similar technical support positions within development, humanitarian, or social service organizations.

Candidates must possess practical experience in delivering technical program support within at least one key thematic area, including alternative care, family strengthening, child and youth development, or mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).

Robust experience in assisting program teams and implementing organizational quality standards is required.

Proficiency in program design, strategic planning, and quality assessment processes is essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to capacity-building efforts through targeted trainings, workshops, or learning engagements.

Proficiency in navigating multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments is essential.
