An internship opportunity is available within the Global People Operations team from June to August 2026, where the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Performance Development vertical. This role will entail providing support for critical organizational priorities, including onboarding processes, performance management frameworks, employee experience enhancement, and culture-driven initiatives.

Currently pursuing or having recently finished a degree program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, International Development, Social Sciences, or an equivalent discipline.

Proven capability to organize tasks efficiently and coordinate projects seamlessly, adept at balancing competing priorities while consistently meeting strict deadlines.

Exceptional writing abilities and the confidence to engage in professional communication across diverse teams and organizational levels worldwide are essential.

Proficiency in spreadsheet software, presentation tools, and collaborative platforms—particularly Google Workspace—is essential, complemented by a strong aptitude for rapidly mastering unfamiliar systems.

Attention to precise operational execution and meticulous adherence to detail are essential for this role, ensuring processes are managed with unwavering precision and reliability.
