Ensure precise verification and oversight of fuel consumption, mileage logs, and petty cash submissions to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
Solicit, negotiate, and oversee third-party logistics partners, verifying their adherence to corporate benchmarks, regulatory permits, and compliance obligations.
To enhance cost efficiency, the role will involve developing and executing strategies to streamline routes, enforce fuel-saving measures, and oversee the management of spare parts inventory.
Serve as the primary yard marshal, maintaining order, discipline, and strict compliance with established standard operating procedures throughout yard operations.
Establish and track key performance indicators for drivers, including turnaround time, adherence to safe driving practices, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
