As part of this engagement, you will undertake a comprehensive assignment encompassing the following key responsibilities and prerequisites.

The organization is transitioning to Microsoft SharePoint and seeks specialized assistance to develop, deploy, and establish a robust document management framework characterized by effective governance measures and high user engagement.

Key Scope of Work:

Analyze existing documentation and filing structures to identify areas for enhancement and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Design a customized SharePoint infrastructure to meet specific organizational requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with existing systems. The role involves assessing current SharePoint environments, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and workflow automation. Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and related Microsoft 365 technologies is essential, along with experience in governance, site architecture, and data migration strategies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are required to deliver a robust and user-centric SharePoint solution.

Responsible for administering and performing the transfer of files and folders, ensuring seamless migration with minimal disruption to operations.

Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance frameworks for document management to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Provide comprehensive training to staff and facilitate the adoption and implementation of change initiatives.
