Ensure the presentation of outcomes and impacts from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions is clear, coherent, and well-structured.

Seeking candidates with a strong foundation in relevant technical and interpersonal competencies, as well as formal education or equivalent professional experience in the field. Must demonstrate proficiency in key tools, methodologies, and industry best practices, along with the ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication skills are required to collaborate across teams and convey ideas clearly. Familiarity with project management principles and adherence to deadlines are essential. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, though not mandatory for exceptional candidates.
A master’s degree in fields such as Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Analytical expertise is essential, along with a strong command of Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with a strong ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Capable of working autonomously while handling a diverse range of responsibilities simultaneously.
Proficiency in utilizing an ERP System for managing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) data is considered a valuable asset.
