Depending on the allocated authority and specific location, a Driver at this level may undertake the following responsibilities:
Operates company vehicles with strict adherence to safety protocols while transporting authorized personnel to designated destinations.
Responsible for the collection and distribution of mail, documents, and other materials.
Gathers arriving personnel at the airport and manages all necessary immigration and customs procedures according to official requirements.
Responsible for the regular upkeep and operational readiness of assigned vehicles, including routine checks and maintenance of essential components such as oil levels, coolant, battery function, brakes, and tire condition. Handles minor repairs independently while coordinating with authorized service providers for more complex issues, ensuring vehicles remain in optimal working order. Additionally, maintains cleanliness and presentation standards for all assigned vehicles.
Accurately records official travel details, including daily mileage, fuel consumption, oil changes, lubrication services, and related activities.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory protocols in the event of an accident by executing the necessary procedural steps.
Assists in gathering and evaluating data, compiling findings into presentations and reports to facilitate information exchange, address inquiries, support knowledge management, and aid in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Supports the creation and maintenance of visual representations and updates promotional content, including websites and brochures.

Education
