Job Summary

This position serves as a vital intermediary between IT and Business, focusing on evaluating processes, defining needs, and providing data-backed recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Additionally, it involves conducting business analysis, designing solutions, and detailing system enhancements and requirements stemming from product modifications or significant business initiatives.

Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Develop and implement comprehensive policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance across all departments. Lead cross-functional teams by fostering collaboration, delegating responsibilities, and providing mentorship to cultivate a high-performance culture. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive data-informed decision-making that supports long-term growth. Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and employees, facilitating transparent communication and aligning departmental goals with overarching company vision. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards while overseeing budget management and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
