Oversee day-to-day production operations and manage factory personnel to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established schedules.
Maintain uniform quality standards throughout the production process.
Monitor key quality indicators including pH levels, Brix measurements, water activity assessments, and other fundamental parameters to ensure product consistency and compliance with established standards.
Collaborate with a diverse range of ingredients, flavor profiles, preservatives, and packaging components to ensure product integrity and quality standards are consistently met.
Ensure adherence to hygiene protocols, food safety regulations, and established production standards to uphold quality and compliance throughout operations.
Provide support in maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring adherence to basic compliance standards.
Requirements
A diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
Proficiency in food manufacturing or product development processes constitutes a significant benefit.
