Oversee a range of critical duties, including the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, the management of cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration, and the implementation of innovative solutions to address complex challenges. Overseeing a compact product team consisting of 3 to 5 engineers, including both backend and frontend specialists, is a key responsibility of this role.

Thirty percent of the responsibilities involve overseeing managerial duties, with the remaining time dedicated to contributing directly to the product development process alongside the team.

They participate in recruitment initiatives for their team and may assist colleagues with hiring activities as needed.

Additionally, the role encompasses overseeing the recruitment of engineers, as well as ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding process for all new hires.

As the team’s representative, they will be tasked with cultivating a positive team dynamic and inspiring each member to perform at their highest potential.

Redefine the engineering workflow so that autonomous agents serve as the primary execution layer for deploying work.

Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive agentic workflows—spanning specification, planning, execution, and verification—to accelerate the delivery of results.

Develop modular agentic workflows and foundational components within the codebase, enabling teams to deploy them consistently across various domains.

Employ verification loops, including tests, checks, evaluations, and guardrails, to validate the accuracy, security, stability, and scalability of results.

The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Prior experience in project management or leadership is highly desirable, as are excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with current industry trends and best practices is also required to ensure effective performance.
